All quotations and services are subject to this contract to these contract terms and conditions. Which apply to the exclusion of any other terms which the client may seek to impose and which shall govern the agreement. Any variation to the terms may be agreed but only in writing by Triton ECM Manager (higher). Terms may be varied without notice to the client.
A Quotation- A quotation from Triton ECM is valid for 12 weeks for the date of quotation given. The client must ensure they are happy with the quote and all details are correct before proceeding. You will receive your quotation by either Email, Phone Call, Face to face or message ( TEXT)
Invoice & Charges - Charges will be invoiced to the Client once the job has been completed. Invoices are payable within 28 days of invoice date without any deduction. If invoice's are unpaid the contractor may terminate the Agreement Immediately. Remove equipment and or materials used at Clients Premises. Immediately raise charges of previous outstanding invoice at a rate of 4% above the bank of England base rate on the outstanding amount and these rights will survive termination.
The Client- In the event the Contractor is prevented from carrying out the service due to any act or omission of the Client, the Client shall pay any additional charges in full for any delays and extra expenses which would not be necessary if the Contractor had been able to carry out the service as agreed.
Delay Fees- for every hour the Contractor is delayed by the Client there will be a £35 HOURLY charge added to the overall total (involve)
Service Provision- The Contractor shall provide the Service in accordance with the description as discussed when booking Triton ECM Services. Any Client requesting a a change in Service is subject to the Contractors written approval. The Contractor may change the Service Provisions if necessary to comply with any changes in law for Health and Safety reasons. Services shall be carried out with reasonable skill and care and to a standard that would be expected of other cleaning professionals. The contractor will if necessary at the Clients request disarm or arm intruder alarms on Client premises. The Contractor WILL NOT be liable for any cost, claims, liabilities or expenses that arise from incorrect setting or disarming or alarm's. The Client acknowledges they remain liable and Triton ECM Services are limited to cleaning not building security services. If the Contractor is given a key the key holder must provide the Contractor with a Full Name and out of hours contact number for contact in the event of any problems. The Contractor will remove staff from a Clients premises if the Contractor feels the staff are not being provided with a safe environment to carry out the service. The Client shall provide at their own expense Mains Water. A safe secure working environment. Safe and sufficient access to and from the premises.
